Our delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

Mistakes made by India Post
Wrong addresses given by customers
Damage to orders by postal service
PO box issues
Stolen packages after delivery (we do not recommend the India Post “safe drop” option)

BySTIMILON uses India Post to ship your order through standard mail (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 5-7 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).
Items are shipped after processing (3-4 business days) using India Post. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Expedited and tracking options are available for selection upon checkout.
Products purchased from our website will require a photo image of the product in question. Once proven the product has a fault, the product may be returned for a repair, please contact us at email@example.com to open up a conversation about how we may address your concern.
